You seem to be confusing NCIC (which checks for information on want, warrants, ATL, and officer safety information with a III which is a criminal history check. That checks the name, DOB, and other identifiers against automated state and federal criminal history information. III has a lot of restrictions on when and how it can be used.

Western Civilization is "occidental" civilization, from Byzantine beginnings, includes development of Greek civilzation philosophy, arts, sports, military strategy and competition, then later that of the Roman empire, then the development of Europe with the Holy Roman Empire (now Germany and France etc), then the development of nation states and imperialistic exploration and expansion to North and South America. Western civilization includes the old pagan deities and myths, and Judaism and Christianity, and Science and philosophy, and ideas like monarchy and democracy.

brief history of modern israel/gaza/palestine please? ?

as far as i know, here is my understanding of israel/palestine/gaza (i know its extremely complicated, but try to imagine youre explaining everything to a 10 year old)

after world war 2, europe and the USA decided to create a nation for all the jewish people because of what happened to the jews during the holocaust.
since the jews wanted the area surrounding jerusalem because of their religion, europe and the USA agreed.
the palestinians were already there, but europe/USA split up the land anyway. gave some, if not most, to the jews (which is present day israel) and set aside some land for the palestinians (which is called the west bank). but they also created a small piece of land in the south (gaza) for the palestinians too.
today, the people in gaza want to be recognized like the west bank as one palestinian state but israel doesnt want that.

tell me if i have this all correct or if some parts are not correct.

Can i have study tips specifically for each subject?

Can i have specific study tips for each subject? I need it for Tamil, English, Science, Geography and History. How do i set aside time each day for studying? Like just say i will put 2 hrs aside? but i dun do it in the end. I'm too computer-addicted and leisure-addicted. And how do u be responsible? and manage time usefully? and how to learn the fun-way? and how to "love" subjects?

When I was in school, I never studied or did homework. But I aced all my tests for I ended up with an A average. A good way to pull this off is to pay close attention in class and asks questions if you are stuck on something. If your teachers give you study time in class, then use it wisely and finish as much homework as you can.

If you don't have any after-school activities (sports, clubs) then try to finish up your homework and studying right after school. The information is still fresh in your head. If possible, go to your school library for an hour after school. You will have lots of references and information available to you.

I worked for a phone sex company for 3 years. I'm going to finish up my degree in graphic design. Will this effect my ability to get a job?

Yes - Working in any job situation that shows compromised morals is a big negative. At some point in the application process they may investigate your past employment history and if this comes up you are dead as far as an employment opportunity. Every job possibility is there for you to lose. If you do anything to raise a red flag with an employer there are 100 other people who will be waiting outside to get the job. Especially right now with so many good people out of work. Employers have enough problem employees already they will not take a chance on another one.

I like some death, industrial metal, rock, goth music too. I'm one of those people that like multiple genres.

It's no secret I am an unrepentant metal head, so of course I like Bach. If you think about it JS was just the heavy metal of his time. There's an underlying darkness to so much of his work. Even the "airy" stuff is right in line with Norwegian black metal. There aren't too many black metal bands out there that don't have at least one "classical" piece to their credit and it's nearly an untouchable tradition to have one such piece on each CD. If you ask one of these guys for their influences you'll get a wide range of rock and metal musicians - and Bach. You'll sometimes get Beethoven, Mugorsky and Rachmaninoff thrown in for kicks and giggles, but Bach is almost always in there.

Well, both of them were basically talking about "class strugle" in which there is always a "proletariat" who is in antagonism with the "capitalist" and this process would produce a crash of interests: the capital would never know how bad is the life of the proletariat, and will never care about it. So, the only option of the proletariat would be the armed strugle in the form of a revolution that would change the structure of the society and the "distribution of wealth". However, a more complete vision of this is given by Leon Trotsky....I particularily like his point of view, because its less theoretical and more social-practical.
